There is no parking that comes with the unit, but you can get a local residents parking permit, so you don’t have to move your vehicle, if you have one. It’s also located directly on a major bus route, so that’s a help as well. The ground floor unit is approximately 290 sq. ft. It has a large room facing the courtyard (approximately 9’ x 14.5’), a full bath (approx. 4’ x 7’) that is brand new, a back bedroom (approx. 8’ x 13’), a large closet, storage under the closet, and a yet-to-be-installed kitchen armoire (it should be installed in the next week or so, I’m attaching a rough work-up of an idea of what it will look like). This is the unit that would/could rent by itself, with no access to the upstairs. The second floor is the main living area, approximately 370 sq. ft. The family room faces the courtyard (approx. 10’ x 13’) and has a working fireplace. It runs directly into the dining area (approx. 1.5’ x 11’), and then into the kitchen (approx. 8.5’ x 13’), separated by an island. There is a stacked washer/dryer unit in the kitchen as well as tons of storage. The upper floor is the bedroom level (approx. 290 sq. ft.). The front bedroom overlooks the courtyard (approx. 10.5’ x 11’), the back bedroom overlooks the neighboring church’s yards (approx. 8.5’ x 13’), and the full bath (redone last year), is approx. 4’ x 7’, as well. The second and upper floors have the ability to be rented together, without inclusion of the ground floor. Currently, the asking price is $2,200 for the ground floor and $3,300 for the upper two floors. If the full unit is rented by a single individual/family, the combined rent would be $5,200. Utilities are split 2/3rd for the upper floors and 1/3rd for the ground floor. They average about $225 per month for electricity and water combined, which would then be split accordingly.
